This shift was inspired by witnessing the effectiveness of a low-carbohydrate diet in helping patients lose weight and, in some cases, even reverse diabetes. Now she uses low-carb nutrition therapies in her practice, helping patients reduce medications and achieve real improvements in their health.
Dr. Figtree is a regular speaker at widely publicized medical conferences, where she discusses the efficacy of low carb nutrition therapies in the treatment of patients.
